Is That A Scam ?

I start of by saying that if it’s to good to be true it probably is! Ok with that in mind let’s also state that this is Ewen Chai’s marketing we are talking about. A quick search on google reveils that this guy is the Guru of All Guru’s on the internet ? How did he get this way? My guess is that he has had quite a few successfull projects. Everything that I can dig up states that he made XX amount here and XX amount there which ads up to be kinda mind blowing amounts of cash. I have bought a few ebooks online to know, that alot of the gurus makes notes of Ewen Chai in their product of some sort. It’s my guess that these are actually students of Ewen Chai of one form or another! Now that we got this mind set let’s talk about the product.

Now on the Auto Pilot Profits website here are some of the bold claims that it makes!

• “The turnkey money machine that prints non-stop profits for you automatically, the lazy way!” - Now I can be pretty lazy here, and I do like the idea of it being turn key meaning less work for me.

• “Once you turn on this plug-and-play in a box money system, it can’t stop sending you cash…even if you wanted it to.” -Again a pretty bold statement, but then again it’s very possible. If I promoted it, very hard by writting reviews, writting articles, posting in related forums and blog type websites, then I could get tons of traffic eventually. But I think this goes aganist the first statement, about being lazy!

• “Imagine seeing cash in Minutes from now!” - Don’t you love it when websites state this ? Personally I never made any cash minutes after buying a money making product! Normally I ususally buy one, and take 2-3 days to really go thru all the details of the product. just to make sure that I am correctly detailing the product so that I don’t make to many mistakes. But I guess it’s still possible, if they had an affiliate I could just open an Adsence account from google and spend a few hundred dollars and maybe get start seeing cash, or if I already had an huge list of customers in my opt in list, I could send them my affiliate link and see what happens!

• “This is as close to an honest set it and forget it system that you will ever find!” - I don’t think I ever truley found a set it and forget system without alot of hard work, but I never been able to really forget about it, I normally have to maintain the system or it will forget about me.

• “So how much are you gonna hit me up for, Ewen?” - Ok now I just bought this system and it’s a bit sneaky! And like the site states you can buy the package for only $27.00 but there is more than meets the eye here!

Here is the reason why I think this system is so sneaky: First you visit the website of AutoPilot Profits and they state that the product is worth XX amount of dollars and they are giving you a discount from that to a lower amount which seems pretty cheap. I bought this system for $27 from clickbank, the website states that the price can go up at any time! So I hurry and buy the product from clickbank and after successful processing of my credit card I get a “Proceed Page” (it’s that page where it states your credit card was charge XX amount and you have to click a button to continue. So I click the “Proceed Button and I am redirected back to AutoPilot Profits page that states “IMPORTANT Before you Continue!”. I am expecting to see a download link of some sort.. See the screen shots below!

If you look at the very bottom of the screen shot #2 , you will see a link where you can bypass this and just get what you are wanting in the first place. The only problem I had with this is at first I thought I was redirected incorrectly, I was expecting to see the download links. This method is Selling to Customers Again, althought it’s not a scam, it’s very misleading!

Now if your wanting to buy the resell rights, it will cost you another $67.00 so if you decide to go this way, you have now just spent $97.00. The resell rights give you the right to put the graphics on your site and start selling the Step-By-Step videos yourself and keep all the profits! Which means the only profit Ewen Chai makes is when the first initial sell of the videos and the Reseller licenses.

So far we have not even downloaded a product and we can see Ewen Chai’s marketing plan. If you have not gotten the picture yet let me explain.

1. Ewen Chai creates videos and creates alot of hipe about them on the first page and sells them for $27.00

2. After a customer buys the product, he askes them if they want to be a reseller and keeps all the profits on the reseller rights plan which costs $67.00.

3. Ewen Chai gets a ton of people promoting his site from other sites (which creates even more hipe), which really gets his name out! While resellers get to keep the $27.00 (100%) of the referrals that they earn from promoting their reseller site from their domain, Ewen gets a nice slice of the pie when more reseller licenses are sold! Which is still not bad. I am starting to see how Ewen Chai is such a great marketer.

So far Ewen Chai has managed to get $27 or $97 dollars from you and you still have not seen the product, finally we are at the download page, where I downloaded the products, in this case 1 ebook (pdf) and 8 videos in zip format!

Here are the videos topics that are covered.

• AutoPilot Profits: Is it Really Doable? (04:33 min) - Basicly it’s just an intro video that talks about the autopilot sytem and if it’s really doable. It also states the obvoious and give you a basic plan and how it should it work.

• Finding the Hungry Crowd (14:02 min) - Explains how you should market, how to find groups of people that are needing a product. How to find targeted niche.  Also gives you information on how to research the niche and make your own final decesion.

• Feeding the Hungry (11:23 min) - Once you find what the hungry crowd, you need to start looking for something to feed them. This video shows you how to pick out your products, such as reseller products and affiliate marketing ect…

• Marketing your Product : Site Setup and Redirects (13:32 min) - Once you found your nich and products, now you need to sell the customer your product and convert them into sales. Also a few tips on how to protect your affiliate links.

• Marketing your Product: Fast Traffic Techniques (36:09 min) - How to get people to your site or affiliate links. There are ways to get traffic fast but these cost money, but then there are also free ways to earn traffic but this takes just a bit of work.

• Marketing your Product: Long-Term Traffic Techniques (10:53 min) - As the title suggests, these are not fast ways to get traffic but these are the big daddy of traffic generators! Some of the suggestions are Articles, Direct Link building, and RSS.

• Putting It all on AutoPilot (06:45 min) - How to get paid automatically! How to cut down on all the work! So far this is the first mention of not working so hard!

• How to Setup Up Your Own Instant Turnkey Profit-Printing Money Machine Now With Autopilot Profits! (06:46) - Basicly this is the conclusion video on how to put different plans together for your own marketing technique.

All the videos are kinda like power points but in flash media, you can either view them on the web or you can download them to your hard drive. I recommend that you download them so that you can review them later. The ebook is the printed version of the videos almost verbadom. So if you don’t like like to listen and watch you can read about it instead. AutoPilot Profits system is not a very lazy way to make money, Unless you already have alot of money to spend to begin with, but you can do some of the methods here and there but you must keep an active effort.

Advantages:

1. Step by Step System Plan.

2. Lots of great resources to getting alot of work done for free!

3. Lots of great links to free sources of traffic.

Disadvantages

1. It only covered a little nutshell of details about google adwords, then redirected you to Perry Marshall’s Adwords for more details in which you have to buy.

2. It also gives some resources where you have to buy other products to achieve the fastest results or you could do them manually.

The Traffic Techniques alone covered in this product is well worth the price of $97.00!  But if your are on a limited budget I suggest that you only spend the $27.00 and don’t take the secondary offers!
